Apostille Anywhere ("we," "us") is a private, independent document-logistics service. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Only the parties necessary to complete your order: the FBI (or an FBI-approved channeler) for your background check request, the U.S. Department of State for the apostille, a certified translator when you order translation, our shipping carriers (e.g., DHL), our payment processor (Stripe), and our form and email service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its part.
We keep order records only as long as needed to complete your service, handle any follow-up questions, and meet basic bookkeeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time (see below); we will honor the request except where a record must be kept by law.
Your documents and personal information are handled only by our core team on a need-to-know basis and are never posted, published, or used for anything other than your order. Document uploads happen through your private, encrypted client portal, we never ask for sensitive documents over email or chat.
